Alithea’s technology: ZOOMASS™
Alithea’s technology ZOOMASS™ applies highly sensitive mass spectrometry to profile HLA-presented epitopes, the targets of T cells. Its specific focus is epitopes from specific genetic regions of interest.
The ZOOMASS™ technology distinguishes Alithea from competitor technology which typically apply standard proteomics methods that lack sensitivity if you are looking for specific antigens only.
ZOOMASS™ allows looking for tens of thousands of epitopes of interest, which was not possible before the development of ZOOMASS™. Based on ZOOMASS™, Alithea has developed specific assays for:
- detecting neoepitopes on tumour cells with unprecedented sensitivity (NEOZOOM™) and for
