In the Belgian capital one can clearly see the traces of Brusselization, which might be chaotic to some, dynamic and interesting to others. The city is uniquely international, rendering a vast variety of architectural projects and atmospheres. The area around the canal has, since several years, received new public spaces, buildings and functions. The main boulevard is a large project per se, focusing on mobility and sustainability.
